Martial Arts is like the sun let it shines around the world

As Founder of Nan fang Quan Tou gung fu and Senior Instructor of Best Martial Arts London I have dedicated my life to the martial arts it has inspirited me to reach this far in life, I began my studying of the martial arts at 11 with judo and karate and moved into traditional northern and southern Gung Fu, the way I was taught, I did my best, and all other pursuits were sacrificed to it, and I diligently learnt from my different teachers Unfortunately, many masters put on airs and stagnated, always keeping secrets from everyone and not sharing there experience, and there requirements were very strict and I had to do my best.

During whole my life I was engaged in the Martial Arts and Gung fu. My time in training passed quickly and during those years I trained myself regardless of the weather, even on my days off, during holidays and social activities, I trained myself all the same. I managed to master four kinds of Gung Fu (Tai Chi, southern fist, chin na and shaolin 72 fist) and 3 kinds of Martial Arts (Muay Thai, tae kwon do and Karate) I gradually comprehended profound sense and understanding of the Martial Arts and Gung Fu I am grateful to my lucky star for being engaged in the Martial Arts and Gung fu for over 30 years.
